This job will be based in Jakarta, Indonesia.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement business strategies to expand company's presence in international markets, in alignment with company objectives.Collaborate closely with the business stakeholders to forecast and plan P&L, ensuring financial targets are met.Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities in each country, with a focus on market penetration and capturing market share.Lead efforts to acquire new distribution channels and establish partnerships in target countries to enhance market reach and distribution efficiency.Work closely with the headquarters team to develop and execute marketing and trade marketing strategies tailored to each international market.Requirements:7 years of sales and/or marketing experience required. Especially in managing International Business in China region or Asia Region.Demonstrated record of success in delivering key commercial KPI's required.Strong presentation, communication, and collaborative skills required.Experience in data analysis and management required.Experience in managing Customers (Retail and Distributor) preferred
